Akili Green conducted in-depth research on the impact of Kenya’s 2020 single-use plastic ban in protected areas, transforming the findings into a comprehensive Trend Report. This report not only analyzes the environmental and economic implications of the ban but also provides actionable recommendations to help businesses adapt and thrive.
An interactive online course to better understand the implications of the SUP ban was part of the project. From identifying practical alternatives to single-use plastics to showcasing best practices, the report equips companies with the tools they need to align with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
