The #BINITRIGHT campaign, launched in February 2023, engages Kenyan students in sustainable waste management and environmental stewardship while offering businesses a meaningful way to contribute to reducing plastic waste.
A key feature is the #BINITRIGHT cage, placed on school grounds to encourage students to bring plastic waste from home or collect it locally. These plastics are sent to recycling facilities, which pay a premium price for this resource. The funds directly support school environmental clubs, financing tree planting and eco-friendly activities that enhance the community.
